Carrot juice is my ultimate favorite juices to make. Don’t get me wrong, I love my greens too, but carrots has been my go to now for quite some time. If I’m feeling adventurous, I’ll add some orange beets or a touch of ginger to enhance the flavor.  Carrots are excellent veggies to juice and requires not a lot of prepping, well the organic ones. If you’re not using organic carrots it’s important to wash and scrape the outside dirty lawyer of the carrot.

Walnuts are a delicious way to add extra nutrition, flavor and crunch to a meal.  It’s a great source of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory nutrients, which is beneficial for fighting diseases.
